The Compliance Review Process
Can a Requester Seek Confidentiality of Identity?
A requester can insist that their identities be kept confidential but anonymous
requests will not be accepted.
Before you can submit a request for a compliance review, you must
first go through the consultation phase by filing a complaint with the
Special Project Facilitator. For more information on the consultation
